Cox Steered Session
@£2.50 pp ph, we can provide a Competent Crew Lead with a Junior Cox from the club database, payable directly to the cox at the session. This is to actively encourage more coxes to give up their time and support our crew boats and develop their skills for the race season.
This session is geared towards experienced crews out for a fitness session or pre race prep.

Cox Coached Session
@£7.50 pp ph payable by arrangement directly to the Coach, this QUAD session can be delivered from the cox seat.
This session is ideal for more experienced crews requiring fine tuning or a crew considering a dabble in the race scene.

Coaching Rib plus Cox Steered Session
@£10.00 pp ph a coach can deliver an optimal Quad session and provide video feedback to each rower from ta variety of angles in a support rib with a cox to steer the session.
This session is recommended for crews that are relatively new or crews wanting significant coaching support.
Based on the Lentuna being utilised efficiently during OFF PEAK times, please find the suggested Rec Row Quad session options.
This is a working document so please feel free to suggest other favourable options and we will try and accommodate.
From experience, a regular steady crew commitment, makes for more enjoyable rowing.
