Our Rec Row LAND programme offers OFF PEAK access to all of our club facilities.
We have both FREE and optional PAID sessions available to suit.

Free LAND Sessions
The LARC clubrooms/ Ergs are available for Rec Row use at *OFF PEAK times, giving priority to the Race Squads. LARC has a clubwide training programme posted on the clubroom white board.
*WEEKDAYS: Dawn to 16.00
WEEKEND: 11.00-Dusk

Paid LAND Sessions
Our Rec Row Land programme offers OPTIONAL Instructor led paid sessions in Pliates, RowFit and Couch to 2, 5, & 10K .
